On the first night of Chanukah, a night meant for light, joy, and hope, unimaginable darkness struck. During the annual “Chanukah by the Sea” celebration on Bondi Beach, a brutal terror attack took the lives of many. Among those murdered was Rabbi Eli Schlanger הי״ד.
A Life of Service
Eli dedicated his life to serving others. He served as an assistant rabbi at Chabad of Bondi and as a community chaplain in hospitals and prisons, working tirelessly to bring warmth, faith, and Jewish pride to everyone he encountered.

"Chanukah teaches us that even a small flame can push back great darkness."

Every donation is a powerful statement that Eli’s life mattered. Funds raised will go directly toward supporting the Schlanger family and their related needs during this painful period.
